Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya Strengthens Diplomatic Ties with Key Ambassadorial Meetings

Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya held a series of courtesy meetings with prominent ambassadors at the Prime Minister’s Office, reflecting Sri Lanka's ongoing efforts to enhance international cooperation and maintain robust diplomatic relations.

Among the distinguished visitors were His Excellency Adel Ibrahim, Ambassador of Egypt to Sri Lanka; His Excellency Dr. Alireza Delkhosh, Ambassador of Iran; His Excellency ISOMATA Akio, Ambassador of Japan; and His Eminence Archbishop Monsignor Brian Udaigwe, Apostolic Nuncio representing the Vatican. The discussions centered around deepening bilateral partnerships and exploring avenues for collaboration in diverse areas of mutual interest.

The meetings were attended by senior officials from both the embassies and the Sri Lankan government, including the Prime Minister’s Secretary, Mr. Pradeep Saputhanthri. These engagements reaffirmed Sri Lanka’s dedication to fostering strong diplomatic connections and pursuing shared goals on the global stage.
