- Northern Province & Trincomalee District: Expect very heavy rainfall exceeding 150 mm in some areas, accompanied by strong gusty winds.
- Other Areas: Showers or thundershowers are expected across the island, with heavy rainfall above 100 mm likely in North Central and North-Western provinces, as well as Matale and Kegalle districts.
- Wind Conditions:
- Northern, North Central, North Western provinces, and Trincomalee district: Very strong winds of 60-70 km/h expected.
- Elsewhere: Winds up to 40-50 km/h possible.
